The team at the Hardin Law Firm is determined to work hard to earn our clients' loyalty every day. Attorney Victoria Hardin has devoted her career to resolving high conflict matters and fighting for families. Her strengths lie in preparation, communication, and empathy. We are proud that so many of our clients have repeatedly turned to us for counsel and representation. We accept cases exclusively in Moore and Cumberland Counties.
Born in Charlottesville, Virginia, Victoria graduated from the University of Oklahoma earning Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education. With more than 10 years of experience as an attorney, she also maintains the organizational skills of an educator. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked as a fourth and fifth-grade teacher.
In her domestic practice, Victoria continues to stay current on relevant issues such as complex custody disputes and property distribution. Because Fayetteville is a military community, Victoria recognizes the need for awareness of the intricacies related to our service members, including interstate custody matters, and the division of military benefits. Victoria has participated in presentations for the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps, serving as a guest speaker and providing guidance as it relates to NC civil matters.
Victoria earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Oklahoma and has extensive courtroom experience. She worked for the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office located in Norman, Oklahoma. Upon her arrival in North Carolina, she worked as a prosecutor for the Harnett County District Attorney's Office. Her jury trials taken to a verdict include: Armed Robbery, Drug and Alcohol Offenses, Larceny, Rape and other Sex Crimes, Child Abuse, and Domestic Violence. Her criminal law training includes topics such as Domestic Violence, Child Physical Abuse, and Homicides. She also has participated in federally-sponsored programs regarding Internet Crimes against Children and Child Pornography. She has trained attorneys on topics such as Trial Techniques through the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina.
