Alec J. Kosminskas is an Associate of Hardin Law. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, he practiced family law in Chicago, Illinois representing clients in contested and uncontested divorces, parentage cases, post-decree litigation and custody matters.
Prior to his family law practice, he practiced corporate, merger and acquisition, and commercial finance law representing banks, corporations, and individuals in a wide range of asset-based and cash-flow loans and secured and unsecured lending transactions.
He received his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law, and earned his A.B. in Film Studies from Columbia University
Before pursuing his legal career, Alec worked full-time in the Sports Entertainment Industry.
